Fitzjohn Estates Tout Illustration: Phase 2

Tasked to design some tout cards for Fitzjohn Estates to be able to use to drum up new business and ramp up their brand awareness in the new year, I created a vector illustration of a recognisable Bedford property. Drawn in Illustrator and then added to an A5 flyer in InDesign, I then wrote the campaign copy and artwork the finalised layout of the card.
